Dinner Features June 6

5 Spice Ahi Tuna   
5 spice seasoned ahi tuna steak pan seared to order, presented atop rice pilaf with mango kiwi relish

Blackened Scallops                      
Blackened dry packed deep sea scallops served over pasta with asparagus in a mushroom sauce

Shrimp Piccata                                          
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with broccoli and bell peppers in a lemon caper sauce served over pasta

South West Sirloin Medallions   
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled to order, served with avocado butter and black bean corn salsa with a twice baked potato  

Pecan Crusted Chicken              
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with in a pecan crust, topped with a crushed peppercorn sauce and served with rice pilaf 

Chicken ala King      
Boneless chicken breast simmered with mushrooms, peppers, onions and peas in a rich cream sauce, baked with puff pastry

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                         
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
