Dinner Features for Wednesday June 12th


Summer Seafood Florentine
Your choice of scarlet snapper or tilapia filet pan seared and served over a bed of sautéed baby spinach with strawberries, finished with a sesame ginger sauce  

Grilled Stockyard
10 oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with an apple sherry reduction and served with a twice baked potato

Blackened Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with blackening spices and served on a bed of greens with tomatoes, mushrooms and red onions, topped with a fresh citrus salsa
 
Shrimp and Polenta
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared and served with a creamy sun dried tomato and spinach polenta square, finished with a kalamata roasted red pepper sauce

Horseradish Dijon Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a horseradish crust and topped with a Dijon cream sauce, served with mashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
