Friday Dinner June 7

Seared Scallops                                                                                                                          
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with sliced mushrooms, served with pasta in asparagus cream sauce

Wild Mushroom Stockyard                                                                                             
10 oz. lightly seasoned stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, served with a twice baked potatoes and wild mushroom sauce

Snapper Vera Cruz                                                                                                        
Snapper filet pan seared with a tomato based vera cruz sauce with capers and green olives, served over rice pilaf with avocado butter
White Wine Shrimp                                                                                                       
Jumbo shrimp blackened and served over mashed potatoes in a white wine pan sauce
Blackened Grouper                                                                                                          
Cajun seasoned grouper filet blackened, served with pineapple kiwi relish and rice pilaf

Black Bean Chicken                                                                                           
Seasoned boneless chicken breast pan seared, served over asparagus spears with black bean corn relish
Chicken ala King                                                                                            
Boneless chicken breast simmered with mushrooms, peppers, onions and peas in a rich cream sauce, baked with puff pastry

Fresh Broiled Haddock        
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
