Dinner Features for Sunday June 16th


Tropical Fish Trio
Sweet soy marinated salmon char grilled and topped with pineapple salsa, combined with macadamia nut encrusted tilapia with citrus glaze and a mini lump meat crab cake served with a cool lime remoulade   

BBQ Beef
Choice of 10 oz. beef flat iron or stockyard steak rubbed with a sweet and spicy barbecue sauce the char grilled, served with fried onion strings and a twice baked potato

Greek Grouper
Fresh grouper filet broiled in our house made greek dressing, served resting on a bed of sautéed spinach and sun dried tomatoes over wild rice

Pesto & Blue Cheese Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with mushrooms and caramelized onions tossed with pasta in a pesto cream sauce with blue cheese crumbles

Shrimp Dijon
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with mushrooms and artichoke hearts served over mashed potatoes in a white wine Dijon sauce  

Chicken Rustica
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with peppers, onions and Italian sausage in a red pan sauce tossed with pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
