Dinner Features June 4th


Italian Grouper    
Fresh grouper filet broiled and served over pasta, topped with a fresh Bruschetta- tomato, onion, basil and garlic tossed in balsamic vinaigrette

Lemon Mustard Scallops                                 
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with a lemon Dijon sauce, presented over mashed potatoes with asparagus, mushrooms and artichoke hearts

Coconut Shrimp                              
Black tiger jumbo shrimp fried with a coconut breading, topped with a spicy marmalade and served with crispy rice noodles and broccoli  

Montreal Sirloin Medallions  
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled with Quebec seasonings and topped with crispy onion strings, served with a twice baked potato

Summer Chicken    
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with ribbons of zucchini, summer squash and carrots with garlic and a pesto white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with fresh mozzarella cheese

Lemon Pepper Haddock                                  
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
