Dinner Features for Monday June 17th

Little Neck Clams                                                
Little neck clams steamed in white wine with garlic and tomatoes; tossed with crumbled blue cheese and pasta

Tropical Fish Trio
Sweet soy marinated salmon char grilled and topped with pineapple salsa, combined with macadamia nut encrusted grouper with citrus glaze and a mini lump meat crab cake served with a cool lime remoulade  

BBQ Beef                                                                                                      
Choice of 10 oz. beef flat iron or stockyard steak rubbed with a sweet and spicy barbecue sauce the char grilled, served with fried onion strings and a twice baked potato

Dijon Scallops                                                                                              
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with spinach, artichoke hearts and mushrooms with a Dijon white wine pan sauce served over mashed potatoes

Grilled Shrimp & Gazpacho salad
Black tiger jumbo shrimp char grilled and served on a fresh salad bed with red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, scallions and avocado served with a creamy roasted red pepper tomato gazpacho

Pesto Cream Chicken                                                                         
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with garlic, caramelized onions and mushrooms tossed with pasta in a pesto cream sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                                                                  
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
