Dinner Features June 5th

Grouper Tropicale   
Fresh grouper filet pan seared with five spice seasonings and topped with a pineapple kiwi relish, served with asparagus spears

Scallops Rojo                                 
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with red bell peppers and asparagus in a roasted red pepper cream sauce served over mashed potatoes

Shrimp with Polenta                                        
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared and topped with an asparagus sauce, served with a creamy sun dried tomato polenta

Grilled Sirloin Medallions  
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions seared with blackening spices and finished with an avocado butter, served with a twice baked potato

Pecan Crusted Chicken                  
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with in a pecan crust, topped with a crushed peppercorn sauce and served with rice pilaf 

Chicken Primavera                  
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with zucchini, summer squash, carrots, asparagus and grape tomatoes in a lemon garlic sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                  
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
