Dinner Features for Saturday June 15th

Crab Cake Appetizer
Delicately seasoned lump meat crab pan fried and topped with a pepper parmesan sauce, garnished with mixed field greens tossed with a light vinaigrette

Summer Seafood Florentine
Your choice of fresh fish pan seared with blackening spices and served over a bed of lightly wilted baby spinach with strawberries in a balsamic vinaigrette  

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with artichoke hearts, ham and Swiss cheese served over mashed potatoes with a Dijon sauce

Burgundy Flat Iron
10 oz. beef flat iron steak char grilled with crushed peppercorns and served with a burgundy cream sauce and a twice baked potato

Scallops Pesto Cream
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with kalamata olives and sun dried tomatoes in a pesto cream sauce, served over pasta

Shrimp Paesano
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with lemon beurre blanc and served with asparagus spears and a rosemary potato cake

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
