Dinner Features June 10


Basil Snapper                                
Fresh snapper filet pan seared in basil infused olive oil with cherry tomatoes, served over wild rice with Bermuda onion jam

Wild Mushroom Stockyard   
10 oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with a wild mushroom garlic sauce and served with asparagus spears

 Sesame Tuna                                          
6 oz. ahi tuna steak char grilled to order, served over rice pilaf with sautéed onions, sweet peppers and mushrooms with a sesame soy glaze

Pesto Scallops      
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with garlic, sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms tossed with pasta in a pesto cream sauce

Grilled Shrimp                                          
Black tiger jumbo shrimp char grilled, served on a wedge of romaine lettuce with red onion, bacon, tomatoes and crumbled blue cheesed finished with a balsamic glaze

Pecan Crusted Chicken                     
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a panko pecan crust presented on a pillow of mashed potatoes with apple demi glace and honey glazed carrots
