Dinner Features for Wednesday June 19th

5 Spice Steel Head Trout
Fresh Steel Head Trout pan seared with 5 spice blend served over rice pilaf with a honey lemon reduction

Cornish Game Hen
Cornish game hen seared with rosemary and served with a sun dried tomato creamy polenta, finished with pesto cream sauce

Clams Primavera
Little neck clams steamed with broccoli, zucchini, summer squash, grape tomatoes and mushrooms served over pasta in a lemon cream sauce

Wild Mushroom Flat Iron
10 oz. beef flat iron steak char grilled to order and topped with a wild mushroom Beaujolais sauce, served with bleu cheese scalloped potatoes

Blackened Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with blackening spices and served on a bed of greens with tomatoes, mushrooms and red onions, topped with a pineapple cranberry relish

Shrimp Scampi
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with asparagus tips and artichoke hearts in a lemon garlic caper sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
