Dinner Features June 3rd


Wild Mushroom Beef      
Twin sirloin medallions char grilled to order presented over rosemary mashed potatoes and asparagus with a wild mushroom demi glace
    
Lemon Mustard Scallops                                 
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with a lemon Dijon sauce, presented over mashed potatoes with asparagus, mushrooms and artichoke hearts

Coconut Shrimp                                          
Black tiger jumbo shrimp breaded with coconut and panko bread crumbs with crispy tempura batter, served resting on a bed of crispy rice noodles and broccoli florets drizzled with a spicy marmalade sauce atop

Sesame Soy Glazed Grouper                                
Fresh Steel Head Trout pan seared with a soy sesame sauce, presented over white rice with sautéed carrots and zucchini

Pesto Chicken                  
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, walnuts and fresh mozzarella cheese tossed with pasta and basil pesto


Fresh Broiled Haddock                                  
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
