Sweet Onion Country Chicken 

Buttermilk chicken battered breast layered with vine ripe tomatoes and crisp lettuce over mashed potatoes and finished with ranch drizzle and fried sweet onions



Banana Curry Chicken          

Sautéed chicken strips with onions, peppers, mushrooms and bananas in a spicy curry sauce over white rice and finished with coconut and raisins



Seasoned Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak                             

Seasoned and grilled to perfection stockyard sirloin steak served with mashed potatoes, broccoli hollandaise and finished with roasted corn salsa



Scallops Bruschetta                                           

Pan seared scallops with garlic, red onion, scallions and fresh basil in a white wine butter sauce over pasta

Asparagus studded tuna crusted with sesame seeds and served with a vegetable noodle salad and soy glaze

Pan seared jumbo shrimp in an orange Korean BBQ sauce with garlic, bell peppers, onions and scallions over fried rice
