Curry rubbed chicken with peppers and onions AND marinated garlic butter beef over chic pea fried jasmine rice and served with crispy flat bread

Bahama Burrito                                                                          

Jerk chicken with pineapple, rice, raisins, coconut and chimichurri pesto wrapped in a jalapeno flour tortilla served with elote corn and Island fried rice

Grilled Hanger Steak                                                                    

Marinated grilled hanger steak served with garlic mashed, elote corn and chipotle mayo


Lemon Pepper Scallops                                         

Black pepper flour crusted sautéed deep sea scallops served over lemon alfredo pasta with artichokes and bacon and fresh steamed broccoli  

Potato Crusted Salmon                                                          

Spicy potato crusted salmon over avocado mashed potatoes and roasted corn salsa

Caesar Swordfish Stack                                            

Pan seared swordfish served over roasted red pepper mashed potatoes, fresh broccoli and Caesar dressed romaine lettuce
