Dinner Features June 18

Chicken Cacciatore
Stewed chicken (light and dark meat) tossed with mushrooms, peppers and onions in a hearty red wine marinara, served over white rice  

Maplewood Salad
Boneless grilled chicken breast presented over mixed greens tossed with walnuts, granny smith apples, crumbly blue cheese and a maple cinnamon vinaigrette  

Pineapple Shrimp Phat Thai
Jumbo shrimp pan seared and served over a soy ginger marinated noodle salad with a pineapple conserve    

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, served with garlic parmesan home fries, garlic butter broccoli and crispy onions

Basil Scallops & Crab
Deep sea scallops pan seared with surimi crabmeat, peas, roasted corn, garlic and fresh basil in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta   

Grilled Blue Marlin
Fresh Blue Marlin filet seasoned and grilled, presented over chilled roasted vegetables and finished with crispy onions and cilantro aioli

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
