Tandori Chicken               

Pan seared chicken breast tossed with onions, peppers and pineapple in a curry cream sauce over coconut passion rice and toasted pita



Ranchero Chicken               

Breaded fried chicken breast layered with lettuce, tomato, and bacon over mashed potatoes and finished with ranchero sauce



Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak                                              

Seasoned and grilled to perfection stockyard sirloin steak served with a baked potato and broccoli and finished with A1 onions and mushrooms



Scalloped Scallops                                       

Pan seared scallops with smoky ham, onions and peas in an alfredo sauce over pasta  



Blackened Salmon                                                                  

Pan seared blackened salmon served over mashed potatoes and steamed garden vegetables then topped with a garlic, onions and tomato compote



Shrimp Delight                                                                               

Pan roasted jumbo shrimp with surimi crab, onions, peppers, chorizo sausage, bacon and surf clams in a white wine butter sauce over pasta
