Barbeque Plate
Grilled barbeque chicken drumsticks served with red skin potato salad and corn on the cob

XL Grande Chicken Burrito
Tender chicken grilled with onions and peppers and refried beans wrapped up in a flour tortilla and served over rice and beans, finished with a pepper jack cheese sauce and spicy pico de gallo

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with a tomato onion steak sauce and served with a baked sweet potato and asparagus spears  

Seafood Bordello
Surimi crabmeat, haddock and blue marlin in a red wine clamato sauce, served over paella style rice

Wonton Scallops
Crispy wonton coated scallops finished with a ginger soy glaze and served over fried rice with steamed broccoli   

Potato Crust Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with a crispy potato chip crust, presented on a bed of mashed potatoes, sweet peas and crispy onions, finished with chipotle mayonnaise  

Shrimp Fra Diablo
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with peppers, onions and garlic in a spicy tomato sauce, served over pasta   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
