Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a crisp breading tossed with broccoli, onions, bell peppers and scallions in an orange soy sauce, served over fried rice with an egg roll

Honey garlic fried boneless chicken breast presented over sriracha scallion mashed potatoes and fresh steamed broccoli
