Dinner Features Thursday 15th June


Lemon Tomato Chicken Pasta Boneless chicken breast sautéed with cherry tomatoes, zucchini, Bermuda onions in a lemon basil sherry wine sauce over pasta topped with asiago cheese. 



Shrimp & crabmeat Primavera Alfredo Sautéed shrimp and surimi crabmeat with mixed garden vegetables tossed with pasta in a light Alfredo sauce.    



Grilled Stuffed Center Cut Pork Chops  Pork chops stuffed with spinach, goat cheese and apples served with Red new potatoes roasted with fresh rosemary and garlic topped with caramelized onions.



 Scallops Ricardo Sautéed sea scallops with mushrooms, artichoke hearts peas, ham and sweet peppers in a light marinara with a splash of heavy cream tossed with pasta. 



Pan-Seared Marlin Steak  Herb Crusted Marlin filet served over fresh asparagus spears topped with a tomato salsa, finished with a side of rice.   



Tropical  Shrimp Skewer Salad Grilled marinated shrimp skewer over wild greens with vine tomatoes, fresh pineapple, pecan, onions, craisins, strawberries and shredded coconut, served with your choice of dressing.
