Park Ave summer Grill                                                                        

Grilled jerk boneless chicken breast with tomato citrus salsa AND a grilled Montreal seasoned pork chop served with corn on the cob and potato salad

Chicken Carbonara                      

Sautéed boneless chicken breast with mushrooms, onions, bacon and peas in a light Carbonara sauce tossed with pasta

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak                                                                              

Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with a wild mushrooms bbq stout sauce served with a twice baked potato

Scallops Provincale over Pasta                                                                         

Sautéed deep sea scallops with mushrooms, peppers, onions, olives and tomatoes in a garlic white wine sauce over pasta dusted with asiago cheese    

Scarlett Snapper                                                                

Fresh broiled snapper over fresh asparagus with a clam seafood sauce and side of rice  

Shrimp Garden Medley over Rice                                             

Sautéed jumbo shrimp with broccoli, yellow squash, braised kale & cabbage and red beans in a zesty Marsala wine sauce  

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                                           

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
