Lemon Caper Chicken
Boneless chicken breast with a crisp breading presented over mashed potatoes and finished with a lemon caper butter sauce, served with broccoli

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with a bacon chipotle aioli and finished with tumbleweed onions, served with a baked potato  

Bacon Crab Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared and presented on a bacon, surimi crab and artichoke stuffed zucchini boat, served over steamed rice   

Pineapple Mahi Mahi
Fresh broiled mahi mahi filet presented over mashed potatoes with chili oil and a fresh pineapple salsa

Stuffed Peppers
Bell peppers stuffed with chicken and sausage, served over Spanish style rice and finished with sharp cheddar cheese

Sriracha Honey Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared in a sriracha honey glaze and presented over mashed potatoes with cinnamon fried wontons and chow chow

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
