Dinner Features June 12


Chicken & Ribs
Dual boneless barbeque chicken breasts, one with honey mustard, one with hickory, paired with our St. Louis dry rubbed barbeque ribs, served with fresh steamed broccoli and bacon avocado macaroni salad  

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with fresh steamed broccoli and bacon avocado macaroni salad  

Scallops Primavera
Deep sea scallops sautéed with sweet corn, peas, peppers and onions in a white wine butter sauce, served over ziti 

Blackened Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared with blackening spices and finished with a fresh pineapple salsa, presented over pesto mashed potatoes and served with asparagus spears  

Stuffed Peppers
Bell peppers stuffed with chicken and sausage, served over Spanish style rice and finished with melted pepper jack cheese

Cajun Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp with Cajun spices tossed with sweet corn, peppers, onions and garlic in a cajun alfredo sauce, served over rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
