Barbeque Plate
Honey barbeque chicken drumsticks served with dill potato salad and off the cob cream corn

Hunan Chicken
Boneless chicken breast strips sautéed with broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, onions and scallions in a garlic soy sauce, served over white rice    

Lemon Pepper Shrimp
Jumbo black peppers shrimp pan seared with onion and garlic in a lemon scented Alfredo sauce, served over pasta   

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, served with a bacon cheddar loaded baked potato and broccoli hollandaise

Sweet Corn Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with sweet corn, peas, onion and scallions in a light cream sauce, served over pasta   

Blackened Blue Marlin
Fresh grilled Blue Marlin filet pan seared with blackening spices and finished with a crispy onion compote, presented over scallion mashed potatoes and asparagus

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
