Jerk Pineapple Chicken
Boneless chicken breast in a jerk marinade served over mashed potatoes and asparagus finished with a roasted pineapple salsa  

Blackened Chicken Quesadilla
Boneless chicken grilled with blackening spices stuffed in a flour tortilla shell with peppers, onions and cheddar cheese served with a spicy pico and cilantro aioli

Broccoli Pepper Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with broccoli, bell peppers, onions and garlic in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta   

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to order, served with a house made sweet dill potato salad and fresh steamed broccoli

Scallops Florentine
Deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon, artichokes and wilted spinach in a light cream sauce, served over rice pilaf  

Grilled Blue Marlin
Fresh grilled Blue Marlin filet served over a sweet potato and vegetable hash, topped with crispy tumbleweed onions

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
