Boneless chicken breast sautéed with wild greens, portobello mushrooms and zucchini in a roasted red pepper cajun asiago cream sauce, served over pasta

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, tomatoes, peppers, onions and red beans in a sherry chipotle sauce, served over rice   

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection with a barbeque Montréal mushroom onion sauce, topped with melted mozzarella cheese and served with oven roasted Obrien potatoes

Scallops & Crabmeat Ala Romano
Deep sea scallops and surimi crabmeat sautéed with mushrooms, broccoli, olives and artichoke hearts in a garlic white wine sauce, tossed with pasta 

Fresh Broiled Salmon
Fresh broiled salmon filet presented over pasta with clam sauce and broccoli, dusted with asiago

Rosemary Shrimp Medley
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with braised cabbage and kale, asparagus, yellow squash, onions and sweet red peppers in a rosemary Marsala garlic sauce, served over rice pilaf

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
