Stuffed Chicken             

Boneless chicken breast pan seared and layered with surimi crab, goat cheese, sundried tomatoes and spinach stuffing over mashed potatoes and pan gravy

Garlic Happy Family      

Stir fried beef and chicken with peppers, onions and mushrooms in a garlic butter sauce over rice

Grilled Stockyard Steak                                                                

Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with a baked potato and asparagus and then finished with sautéed mushrooms

Scallop Primavera                                                                                                   

Deep sea scallops tossed with peppers, onions, mushrooms and broccoli in a white wine butter sauce over pasta   

Shrimp Fra Diablo                                                             

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with onion, chorizo sausage and peppers in a spicy marinara over pasta

Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna                                                

Sesame seed crusted asparagus stuffed fresh cut Ahi Tuna served with wilted leek mashed potatoes and a soy glaze   


Vegetable Lasagna                                                        

This vegetarian lasagna is made with pasta, fresh vegetables, tofu and marinara sauce, served with a salad

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                            
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
