Dinner Features June 5


Burgoo Burrito
Boneless chicken breast, roasted corn, peppers, onions and cheddar cheese wrapped in a large tortilla and presented over red beans, topped with a fried egg and mole sauce

Stuffed Chicken
Boneless chicken breast layered with spinach, sun dried tomatoes and goat cheese served over mashed potatoes with a pan gravy 

Grilled Hangar Steak
Marinated hanger steak grilled to order and served with garlic parmesan frites, fresh steamed broccoli and chipotle mayonnaise                                                                                                   

Scallops Florentine
Deep sea scallops pan seared with spinach, onions and artichoke in a lemon butter sauce, served over pasta

Dorito Crusted Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with a Doritos crust, served over cilantro mashed potatoes with asparagus and a bacon horseradish aioli  

Cajun Shrimp Stir Fry
Jumbo Cajun rubbed shrimp stir fried with peppers and onions in a light Cajun and sausage cream sauce served over white rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
