Sweet Potato Chicken BLT  

Pan seared boneless chicken breast layered with lettuce, tomato, and bacon over mashed sweet potatoes and cajun mayo 

Orange Sesame Chicken   

Lightly blackened chicken tossed in a orange sesame sauce with fresh steamed broccoli served over fried rice


Maple Wood Salad                                                                      

Marinated grilled chicken over mixed greens tossed with candied walnuts, granny smith apples, crumbly blue cheese and maple vinaigrette

Shrimp Alexander                                                                           

Jumbo sautéed shrimp tossed with bacon, crab, onions and spinach in a white wine butter sauce over pasta finished with feta cheese   

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak                                          

Seasoned grilled stockyard sirloin served with mashed potatoes and hollandaise asparagus then finished with  crispy fried onions

 Scalloped Scallops Ala bruschetta                                                   

Pan seared sea scallops married with smoky ham, onion, grape tomatoes and peas in a basil cream sauce over pasta

Greek Marinated Blue Marlin filet served with cilantro mashed potatoes and roasted pineapple salsa

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
