Chicken Stroganoff
Boneless chicken breast pan roasted with portobello, shiitake and button mushrooms with garlic, onions and cream served over egg noodles and finished with an oyster cracker topping  

Mason Dixon Chicken & Biscuits
Country fried boneless chicken breast presented over roasted home fries and a sweet corn cheddar biscuit finished with a chorizo sausage hot sauce 

Steak Pita Fajita
Marinated hanger steak grilled to order with peppers and onions, served with toasted pita, guacamole, sour cream, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce and cheddar cheese                                                                                                  

Scalloped Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with ham, peas and onions in a cream sauce, served over pasta  

Chili Seared Salmon
Fresh chili rubbed salmon filet pan seared and served over cilantro mashed potatoes and fresh steamed broccoli

Swordfish & Clams
Fresh swordfish pan seared with bacon, peppers, onions and garlic in a white clam sauce, served over pasta  

Garden Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, peppers, garlic and onion in a lemon butter sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
