Broccoli Pepper Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with broccoli, peppers, onions and garlic in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta    

Hunan Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, peppers and onions in a garlic soy sauce, served over rice with a vegetable egg roll

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with grilled corn on the cob and Lyonnaise potatoes

Scallops & Ham Alfredo
Deep sea scallops and smoked ham pan seared with peas and onions in Alfredo sauce, served over pasta  

Honey Lime Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with a honey cilantro lime glaze, presented over garlic mashed potatoes and fresh steamed vegetables  

Shrimp with Red Clam Sauce
Jumbo shrimp pan seared and tossed with onions and garlic served over pasta with a red clam sauce  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
