Chicken Sausage Eggplant Bake
Boneless chicken breast and sliced eggplant breaded and layered with mozzarella cheese, topped with a tomato sausage ragout and presented over pasta, finished with fresh parmesan cheese

Sweet & Sour Chicken Stir Fry
Boneless chicken breast stir fried with broccoli, peppers and onions in a garlic sweet & sour sauce, served over steamed white rice

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with a tomato onion steak sauce and served with a bacon cheddar loaded baked potato and asparagus    

Scallops Greco
Deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon, artichokes, spinach and onions in a lemon scented Alfredo sauce, served over pasta   

Honey Lime Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and glazed with honey, garlic and lime, presented over risotto potatoes and chilled roasted vegetables with a spicy mayonnaise    

Shrimp Primavera
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with artichokes, zucchini, mushrooms, squash, peppers and onions in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
