Chicken Oscar
Boneless chicken breast pan seared and layered with surimi crabmeat, artichokes, spinach, onion and goat cheese served over mashed potatoes and finished in a chicken volute sauce

Chicken Stir Fry
Boneless chicken breast strips stir fried with broccoli, peppers, onions and garlic in a sweet teriyaki glaze, served over vegetable fried rice   

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with a smokehouse steak sauce and served with red skin potato salad and broccoli hollandaise   

Scallops Broccoli French
Deep sea scallops dipped in an egg batter and sautéed in a garlic lemon sherry butter sauce, served over pasta with fresh steamed broccoli   

Blackened Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with blackening spices presented over mashed potatoes with chilled marinated grilled vegetables and finished with cucumber salsa   

Sriracha Shrimp Au Gratin
Jumbo sriracha grilled shrimp presented over ziti pasta with sausage, onions and peppers tossed in a spicy marinara sauce and finished with melted mozzarella cheese    

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
