Stuffed Chicken
Boneless pan seared chicken breast stuffed with surimi crabmeat, spinach, sun dried tomatoes and aged goat cheese presented over mashed potatoes and finished with a pan gravy  

Kung Pao Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with broccoli, mushrooms, scallions, onions and peppers in a garlic brown sauce, served over steamed white rice

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with A1® mushrooms and onions and served with asparagus spears and garlic rosemary roasted potatoes  

Scalloped Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with smoky ham, sweet peas and onions in a lemon Alfredo sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Grilled Ahi Tuna & Avocado
Fresh ahi tuna marinated and grilled to order, presented over garlic mashed potatoes and finished with a sweet corn relish and hass avocados  

Shrimp Gumbo
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with chorizo sausage, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a spicy marinara sauce, served over rice   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
