Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, fresh spinach, capers and olives in a garlic sherry lemon wine sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese 

Sesame Orange Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with pineapple, shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, red sweet peppers, zucchini and summer squash in a sesame ginger orange sauce, served over rice

Montréal Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, finished with balsamic glazed mushrooms and onions and served with a twice baked potato

Scallops du Chef
Deep sea scallops sautéed with portobello mushrooms, broccoli, sun dried tomatoes, peppers and onions in a garlic lemon white wine sauce, served over pasta   

Pan Seared California Sea Bass
Fresh California sea bass pan seared and finished with basil tomato onion relish, served over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice

Shrimp & Seafood Alfredo Florentine
Jumbo shrimp, chopped clams and surimi crabmeat sautéed with fresh spinach in a light Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
