Chicken Cordon Bleu
Boneless panko crusted pan seared chicken breast layered with smoky ham, spinach, gruyere and Swiss cheese, finished with a lily Alfredo sauce and presented over mashed potatoes   

Cajun Chicken Burrito
XL Grande burrito stuffed with chicken, chorizo sausage, onions, peppers, rice and refried beans finished with guacamole and pico de gallo, served with roasted corn mashed potatoes

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with chipotle mayonnaise and served with a cheddar bacon stuffed potato and broccoli   

Scallops Au Gratin
Deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon, spinach and artichokes baked with a three cheese blend, presented over mashed potatoes     

Orange Sesame Ahi Tuna
Fresh sushi grade ahi tuna pan seared to order with a sesame crust, finished with a citrus salsa and served with island rice   

Garden Shrimp
Jumbo garlic butter shrimp pan seared with a variety of vegetables in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta

Blackened Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with blackening spices, finished with tomato onion marmalade and crispy onions, presented over mashed potatoes   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
