Chicken Coq Au Vin
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms and onions in an oregano Madeira wine sauce, served with rice pilaf     

Chicken Soliel
Boneless chicken breast strips sautéed with tomatoes, artichoke hearts, oranges, scallions and sun dried tomatoes in a white wine sauce, served with rice pilaf  

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with melted fresh mozzarella and burgundy seared onions, served with a twice baked potato  

Apple Herb Scallops
Deep sea scallops sautéed in an herb crust with apples, portobello mushrooms, red sweet peppers, zucchini, summer squash and broccoli in an orange lemon sauce, served over white rice  

Pan Seared Blue Marlin
Fresh blue marlin filet pan seared and topped with a balsamic cucumber tomato onion relish, served over asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf  

Garlic Seafood Pasta
Jumbo shrimp, chopped clams and surimi crabmeat sautéed with diced peppers and onions in a garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
