Dinner Features July 10

Sweet Onion Chicken
Boneless seasoned chicken breast pan seared and layered with bacon, tomatoes, crisp lettuce and grilled sweet onions presented over Amish potato salad     

Honey Garlic Chicken
Boneless breaded chicken breast strips tossed in honey, garlic and lemon with broccoli, mushrooms, peppers and onions served over steamed white rice

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with bleu cheese hollandaise and served with a salt crusted baked potato and grilled asparagus

Scallops Alexander
Deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon, spinach and artichokes in a creamy asiago Alfredo sauce, finished with feta cheese

Grilled Blue Marlin
Fresh blue marlin marinated and grilled, presented over mashed potatoes and finished with a fire and ice salad

Shrimp Sriracha
Jumbo shrimp pan seared and tossed in a sweet and spicy Sriracha sauce, served with a soy noodle salad and onion rings  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
