Sesame Orange Ginger Chicken   

Sautéed boneless chicken breast with shitake mushrooms, broccoli, squash, onions and peppers in a sesame ginger orange sauce over rice dusted with sesame seeds



Eggs Ranchero with Fried Corn Tortillas                         

Two eggs cooked to your preference, fried corn tortillas, seasoned ground turkey sausage, shredded cheddar, and ranchero sauce and sour cream



Montreal Grilled Stock Yard Steak                                              

Seasoned and grilled to perfection Stockyard Sirloin with wild mushroom onion sauce served with country style mashed potatoes



Scallops Madeira                                                                                                   

Deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes and fresh spinach in a lemon lime basil sauce over rice   



Fresh Broiled Stuffed Marlin                                             

Fresh Blue Marlin filet stuffed with tomatoes, crabmeat, apples and aged goat cheese served over fresh asparagus topped with remoulade sauce served with a side of rice



Artisan Shrimp over Pasta                                                                         

Sautéed jumbo shrimp with onions, ham, braised kale and cherry tomatoes in  a garlic sherry wine sauce over pasta with asiago cheese



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                      

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
