Seafood Bordello
Haddock, littleneck clams, blue marlin and surimi crab pan seared in a red wine vinegar tomato sauce and served over chorizo yellow rice

Spicy Chicken Burrito
Marinated spicy chicken stuffed in a XL burrito with pepper jack cheese, peppers and onions served over rice and beans and finished with ranchero sauce

Pineapple Mango Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with blackening spices and topped with a pineapple mango salsa, served over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears   

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with A1® mushrooms and onions, mashed potatoes and asparagus spears  

Scallops Bruschetta
Deep sea scallops pan seared with grape tomatoes, garlic and fresh basil in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta with crostini bread     

Lemon Caper Sea Bass
Fresh striped bass pan roasted and topped with a lemon caper butter sauce, served over mashed potatoes  

Sesame Shrimp
Jumbo sesame shrimp pan seared with a zesty orange sauce, served with fried rice and homemade eggroll

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
