Orange Luau Chicken
Boneless breaded chicken breast tossed in a sweet and spicy orange sauce with pineapple, scallions, peppers and onions served over fried rice

Tender stewed chicken layered over nachos with Spanish rice and black beans smothered in nacho cheese sauce with fresh pico and scallions

Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with Red Hot® bleu cheese cottage fries and broccoli

Scallop & Crab Alfredo
Deep sea scallops and surimi crabmeat pan seared with artichokes, onions and spinach in a lemon Alfredo sauce, served over rice

Fresh blue marlin marinated and grilled, topped with a mango chutney ad presented over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears
