Singapore Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in an Asian spice rub with mushrooms, peppers, onions and scallions in a sweet and spicy sauce, served over fried rice    

Stuffed Chicken Florentine
Boneless chicken breast pan seared and layered with goat cheese, spinach and sun dried tomatoes finished with a natural pan gravy and presented over mashed potatoes

Blackened Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with blackening spices, topped with crispy onions and sriracha mayonnaise and presented over caramelized onion mashed potatoes

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak marinated and char grilled to perfection, topped with bleu cheese hollandaise and served with broccoli and garlic rosemary roasted potatoes  

Lemon Alfredo Scallops
Deep Sea scallops pan seared with sweet peas, onions, garlic and lemons tossed in a lemon Alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Potato Crusted California Sea Bass
Fresh California Sea Bass pan seared in a potato chip crust, served over mashed potatoes and a pool of garden vegetable ragù  

Peppered Shrimp
Jumbo black pepper crusted shrimp pan seared with green and red bell peppers and onions in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter

Fish Fry
Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
