BLT Chicken              

Breaded fried chicken layered with maple bacon, vine ripe tomatoes and crisp lettuce over mashed potatoes and finished with chipotle BBQ sauce

Banana Curry Chicken       

Sautéed chicken strips with onions, peppers, mushrooms and bananas in a spicy curry sauce over white rice and finished with pita and coconut and raisins

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak                                            

Seasoned and grilled to perfection stockyard sirloin steak served with garlic rosemary roasted potatoes and asparagus finished with a creamy horsey sauce

Tomato Basil Scallops                                     

Pan seared scallops served over chilled garlic pesto noodle salad and finished with a tomato basil compote and asiago cheese  

Blackened Marlin                                                              

Blackened Marlin served over scallion mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables and finished with a French Quarter remoulade

Shrimp Fra Diablo                                                            

Pan seared jumbo shrimp tossed with Chorizo sausage, garlic, onions and peppers in a blanco spicy tomato sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
