Appetizer Feature:
Southwest Pulled Pork Nachos Supreme
Fried corn chips topped with barbeque pulled pork, pepper jack and cheddar cheese, jalapeños, tomatoes, peppers and onion finished with sour cream

Entrees:
Herb Crust Jerk Chicken
Boneless jerk spiced chicken breast pan seared in a sherry wine sauce, topped with a citrus pineapple tomato relish and served over spicy Creole black bean rice
