Szechwan Chicken
Boneless breaded chicken breast strips stir fried with mushrooms, peppers, onions, garlic, honey and sriracha presented over fried rice with broccoli  

Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast pan seared and tossed in a creamy broccoli Alfredo, served over pasta   

Grilled Sirloin Medallions
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with a surimi crabmeat hollandaise and served with mashed potatoes and broccoli

Bacon Tomato Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon, grape tomatoes, fresh herbs, garlic and onion served over pasta aioli   

Blackened Blue Marlin
Fresh Blue Marlin filet grilled with blackening spices and finished with a chipotle aioli, served over butter corn mashed potatoes

Shrimp Gumbo
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with chorizo sausage, peppers and onions in a spicy tomato pan sauce, served over steamed white rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
