Cheddar Biscuit Chicken
Lightly breaded black pepper chicken breast served over mashed potatoes and topped with a cheddar biscuit and sausage gravy

Hunan Chicken
Boneless chicken breast stir fried with broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, onions and scallions in a garlic brown sauce, served over fried rice  

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak marinated and char grilled to perfection, finished with fried jalapeƱo peppers and served with steamed broccoli and garlic parmesan frites

Scallops Casino
Deep sea scallops pan seared and presented over clams casino stuffed mushrooms and finished with a garlic butter sauce and wilted spinach

Lemon Caper Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with a lemon caper butter sauce, served with asparagus spears and roasted red mashed potatoes  

Tomato Basil Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan roasted with garlic butter, fresh basil, grape tomatoes and red onions in a creamy Alfredo sauce, served per pasta  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
