Dinner Features August 1


Lemon Basil Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, fresh spinach and sun dried tomatoes in a fresh basil lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese  

Caribbean Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh pineapple, banana, coconut, raisins, tomatoes and scallions in a spicy sherry garlic sauce, served over rice pilaf   

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection, finished with a portobello burgundy balsamic sauce and served with a twice baked potato

Scallops & Crabmeat Provençal
Deep sea scallops and surimi crabmeat sautéed with mushrooms, tomatoes, olives, peppers, and onions in a garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta

Stuffed Salmon over Wild Greens
Fresh broiled salmon filet stuffed with clams casino stuffing, topped with a tomato cucumber fresh mozzarella balsamic relish and presented over fresh wild greens with a side of rice pilaf   

Tuscan Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with chorizo sausage, mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes, and onions in an asiago white garlic cream sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
