Dinner Features August 30


Island Tropic Stuffed Bass
Fresh striped bass stuffed with surimi crabmeat, braised kale and sun dried tomatoes, pan seared with jerk spices and topped pineapple salsa, presented over spicy rice with asparagus spears       

Chicken & Broccoli Aglio Olio
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, zucchini and olives tossed with pasta in a light garlic olive oil white wine sauce, dusted with asiago cheese

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, topped with a barbeque sriracha mushroom sauce and served with oven roasted herb potatoes  

Scallops & Wild Mushrooms
Deep sea scallops sautéed with shiitake, portobello and button mushrooms in an apple pecan herb cream sauce, served over rice  

Shrimp & Crabmeat Primavera
Jumbo shrimp & surimi crabmeat sautéed with a garden vegetable medley tossed with pasta in a roasted red pepper Alfredo sauce

Parkside Picnic Plate
Grilled chicken breast served over macaroni salad with sweet potato fries, meat hot sauce, shredded cheddar, diced onions and spicy mustard

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
