Dinner Features August 4th, 2017

Loco Moco                                                                                               

¼ pound hamburger served over ham and onion fried rice then finished with brown gravy and a fried egg    

Chicken & Potato Burrito                                                                    

Tender stewed spiced chicken with potato bacon cheddar cheese rolled in a XL tortilla shell and served over yellow rice and beans with a ranchero sauce    

Hunan Chicken                

Pan seared chicken tossed with mushrooms, onions, peppers, scallions and broccoli all served over white rice

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak                                            

Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and grilled to perfection, topped with sautéed onions and mushrooms and served with a baked potato and broccoli 

Lemon Asparagus Scallops                       

Deep Sea scallops pan seared tossed with lemon, asparagus and onion in a light cream sauce served over pasta

Potato Crusted Striped Bass                                            

Pan seared Striped Bass in a potato chip crust, served over mashed potatoes and asparagus then finished with a house made tartar sauce

 Shrimp Bruschetta                                                  

Jumbo pan seared shrimp with grape tomatoes, onion, garlic and fresh basil in a white wine butter sauce with asiago cheese over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                 

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
