Dinner Features August 3rd 2017


BLT Chicken                           

Breaded boneless chicken breast layered with lettuce, tomato and bacon over mashed potatoes and finished with avocado chipotle drizzle       



Chicken Satay                      

Curry marinated boneless chicken breast served over vegetable fried rice, steamed broccoli and served with a peanut dipping sauce  



Grilled Stockyard Steak                                                                    

Marinated Angus Reserve stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection, paired with surimi crab hollandaise and garlic broccoli and topped with A1 mushrooms



Scallops Greco                                                                                               

Deep sea scallops pan seared tossed with artichokes, onion, spinach, garlic and bacon in a creamy white sauce over pasta  



Dorito Salmon                                                                                    

Fresh pan seared Dorito crusted salmon filet served over jalapeno mashed potatoes and asparagus    



Bamboo BBQ Shrimp                                                                     

Bamboo skewered grilled shrimp basted with honey BBQ sauce over yellow seasoned rice and pineapple salsa   



Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                            

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
