Pineapple Jerk Chicken
Jerk marinated boneless chicken breast pan seared and finished with pineapple salsa, served over a pesto mashed vegetable bundle

Hunan Chicken
Boneless chicken breast strips sautéed with mushrooms, broccoli, peppers and onions in a garlic brown sauce, served over steamed white rice

Grilled Stockyard
Seasoned Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, finished with a bleu cheese hollandaise and served with potatoes Obrien and steamed broccoli

Blackened Scallops
Deep sea scallops Pan seared with blackening spices and finished with black peppercorn aioli and crispy onions, presented over creamed corn mashed potatoes 

Cajun Striped Bass
Striped bass pan roasted with a Cajun rub, finished with a house made tartar sauce and served over garlic parmesan mashed potatoes with broccoli 

Shrimp Primavera
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, peppers, onions and garlic in a white wine butter sauce, served over ziti pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
