Dinner Features August 31st, 2017

Blackened Chicken            

Pan seared blackened chicken served over a Spanish rice stuffed pepper in a pool of sauce blanco


Chicken Stroganoff           

Sautéed boneless chicken breast chunks with onions, mushrooms and garlic in a rosemary cream sauce over butter egg noodles and finished with an oyster cracker topping

Grilled Sriracha Stockyard Steak                                                 

Marinated Angus Reserve beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, served with potato and corn fritters and broccoli then finished with a sriracha BBQ mushroom sauce  

Scallops Asparagus Alfredo                                                                                     

Deep sea scallops pan seared and tossed with artichokes, bacon and onions in an asparagus Alfredo over pasta  

Garden Shrimp                                                                           

Jumbo shrimp pan seared and tossed with garlic, onions, peppers, asparagus and broccoli in a white wine butter sauce over pasta

Lemon Caper Striped Bass                                                                           

Pan seared striped bass over mashed potatoes and asparagus then finished with a lemon caper butter sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                 

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
